.Method

From Rhino 4 the tool paths created with Rhino Cam standard

Rhino CAM was able produce a roughing tool path and a finish tool path. A ball nose cutter was used on our CNC router.

The mould was then filled with a suitable resin. When the resin was set the mouldwas removed.

The resin mould was then put in a vacuum former to produce the product from an impact resisting plastic sheet
