Method

A drawing was made in RhinoCAD using a curve though points to produce the shape.

In RhinoCam a tool path was made and sent to the CNC machine

Made from birch ply

The alignment holes are first bored with CNC machine.

A number of profiled shapes can be stacked together to form a jig of any depth.
